Saving Souls - With Holy Spirit Inspired Scriptures

holy spirit

saving souls,

The Holy Spirit searches the heart and examines the mind of a man to reward according to his conduct and according to what his deeds deserve. The Holy Spirit does not dwell in unclean vessels. We are those vessels before salvation. The things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these make a man unclean. For out of the heart come evil thoughts such as murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, and slander. These are what make a man unclean. Holy Spirit dwells in a man who has clean hands, a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to an idol or swear by what is false. God selects the vessels for Him to work through them. The Holy Spirit will not impose himself upon an unsaved person who is not willing to repent. A person is not cleansed when he does all worldly things, which are not acceptable to God. Nothing impure is acceptable to God, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful.

The unbelievers of the Holy Spirit, sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, or which crafts, and all liars are discarded from God’s eye to shower his grace in the form of Holy Spirit upon them. Holy Spirit is a promised gift to everyone who cleansed his or her hearts, and their hands with the blood of Jesus. Holy Spirit redeems us from this wicked world’s bondage. Only repentance can make a person clean. We have to empty ourselves at the feet of the God. The Holy Spirit’s work is to convict a person for his sin. Holy Spirit cannot do His work without a medium that is - a body. Holy Spirit is a comforter who comforts us in the times of sorrow, and in the need of comforting. Holy Spirit comforts and turns our sorrow into joy. The hour of our greatest need comes at the loss of loved ones. The agonizing moments cannot be sustained without Holy Spirit. According to 1st Thes: 4:13, “We have a blessed hope of seeing the dead again some day. The unsaved do not have the same hope.” The indwelling Holy Spirit becomes our comforter when someone is lost.

The Holy Spirit is our resource and teacher the ability to reach into heaven’s vast library, and teach us things that the World cannot possibly understand. The Holy Spirit reveals the truths, and guides us through the scriptures for double confirmation because the word of God is same yesterday, today and tomorrow. To actively pursue Spiritual knowledge by reading and studying God’s word, when we pick up the Bible, and open it’s pages the Holy Spirit snaps to attention. When we pray for God to show us what we need to know from that scripture, the Holy Spirit begins to arrange our thoughts and opens our insight. The Holy Spirit is an eye for us for perception, and insight to know the spiritual things. The Holy Spirit would guide into all truth and show the things to come. This type of guidance involves opening one’s spiritual understanding. It requires more than mere mental process. Acquisition of this kind of knowledge is something that can only be imparted from beyond the realm of normal understanding. Only the Holy Spirit can do this. Gaining spiritual insight into various meanings of scriptures helps us to gain a multi dimensional perception and an appreciation for God’s plan for mankind. There is a special joy in finding spiritual treasures hidden in the Bible. The eye is the window of the Brain. Similarly the Holy Spirit is the window of the Heaven. The Holy Spirit opens a spiritual connection to the Heavenly Universe that lies just beyond our spear of existence. It has been said that the beauty is in the eye of the beholder. That is true in the spiritual sense as well.

The Holy Spirit is there for and individual believer, not for the masses. If the Holy Spirit is ministering them, then they must work in their minds and spirits. For the most part, your indwelling Holy Spirit is there for you, not someone else. The Holy Spirit can work miracles with new believers. There are few things that come naturally when the Holy Spirit regenerates the soul. But be aware that the Holy Spirit will only lead us on a need - to -know basis. The more we need to know, the more he will open to us. Having once received Christ, the Holy Spirit of Christ imparts an initial package of things to believe. In Deuteronomy 6:4, “Hear O’ Israel: the Lord our God is one God.” The Lord was saying that we should hear this concept of God’s unity with a spiritual understanding rather than simply physical hearing. The unity of God’s is the foundation of Monotheism. Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit are united. God’s Holy Spirit comes into a believer’s life with assurance that we are God’s children. The Holy Spirit fully transforms us to the image of Christ.

Where spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. The evidence that the spirit of God is at work in a person’s life is ---- Love, Joy, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self control. We need the Holy Spirit to open our spiritual understanding. In Luke 11:13 Jesus says, “ Though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will you father in Heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.”  In order to get the Holy Spirit into out lives we have to ask God for it. We can be thankful that Jesus died on the Cross and Resurrected and Ascended to Heavens to pour out his Holy Spirit for us to dwell in us at the moment of real repentance, and conversion. There is no Spirit that is Holier than the Spirit of Jesus. Only the Holy Spirit of Jesus can make us Pure and Holy to become a part of the Trinity.

When Apostles in Jerusalem heard that Samaria has accepted the word of God, they sent Peter and John to them. When they arrived they prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit, because the Holy Spirit had not yet come upon any of them. They had simply been baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus. Then Peter and John placed their hands on them and they received the Holy Spirit. (Acts 8: 14-17). Paul found some disciples in Ephesus, and asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” They answered, “No we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit”. So Paul asked them “ Then what baptism did you receive?” They replied “John’s baptism for repentance.” Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism for repentance, John told the people to believe in the one that is coming after him that is in Jesus for the one who baptizes you in the Holy Spirit.” For this he had to shed his blood for the deliverance of our sins carried onto us from the generations to generations. He had to resurrect from the dead to show us the power of the Holy Spirit, he had to ascend to Heavens to offer his own blood to God for the sins of whole mankind who committed sin in ignorance by not obeying the principles of covenants of God. He had to pour out his Holy Spirit from the Heavens so that to dwell in us at the moment of our real repentance.

Though we try to clean our sins with our own knowledge like cleansing with soap and acid we cannot be cleansed properly. God can still see the scars of sins on our heart. That is why we have to take the help of the Holy Spirit to clean our Spirit, soul, and body, so that we might become an offering acceptable to God, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. Jesus lifted up the veil that blinded men’s minds with his Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a promised gift of God to whom entered into a New Testament, or covenant. God Promised His Spirit to man kind through Prophets like Jeremiah, Isaiah, Zechariah, and ect., in the scriptures.

The Holy Spirit of Jesus was sent into this World to lift up the veil, which is on our spirit to show the Father, and to connect us to heavens vast treasures of spiritual values. The unsaved are spiritually blinded. Their spiritual perception has been stolen from them. Wisdom is above their ability to comprehend spiritual values without a spiritual eye, that is the Holy Spirit. The unsaved are poor. The unsaved are pitied…punished, but pitied. Without Spiritual insight, they are Spiritually poor souls.

With the promise of the indwelling Holy Spirit, we can become the finest examples of God’s grace that mankind has ever seen. Winning the LOST SOULS is the one of the primary duties of the Holy Spirit. But the Holy Spirit can only work if the willing vessels are found. If we are the willing vessels – we do the talking and Holy Spirit does the convicting. When we with the Holy Spirit convince an unsaved person to repent, and to believe, the Holy Spirit works a miracle of rebirth in that person’s soul. But the Holy Spirit cannot do His work without a medium that is – a body. We should help to distribute the work of the Holy Spirit in our circle of influence by telling others about our wonderful life in God. Jesus spoke about this aspect of the indwelling Holy Spirit. “When Holy Spirit comes, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. Of sin - because they believe not on Jesus. Of righteousness- because world no more see Jesus the most righteous one in the world. Of judgment- because the prince of this world whom we call devil is already judged. Sometimes the things the Holy Spirit reveals us have no reliable vocabulary by which to convey the concept to others. Holy Spirit is a deposit in a person’s life, which guarantees Immortality. Holy Spirit is a divine power and saving grace to become available to all mankind.   Holy Spirit gives birth to New Covenant or Testament. Holy Spirit is a promised gift from God to whoever believes in the redemption power in the blood of Jesus. Holy Spirit unveils the layer on our spirit to show us our Father. Holy Spirit convicts us from sin and invites the thirsty to come and drink of the spirit of God. Holy Spirit gives us comfort, one cannot see it but can see its effects. Holy Spirit reveals the truth of the Father and the Son. Holy Spirit brings fully human and fully divine nature in one person. Holy Spirit gives us power to overcome devil. Holy Spirit brings God’s presence and power to bear in this world so that the devil can flee away from us. Holy spirit makes us Holy and gives us chance to become a part of Holy Communion with God. He takes us to complete unity that is Trinity. Holy Spirit gives us eternal life. We will be passing from death to life, which is Immortality. Holy Spirit makes us part of God’s Holy church, which will be lifted up when Jesus comes. Holy Spirit gives us peace and joy. Holy Spirit makes us victorious over all worldly things. Holy Spirit fully transforms us and conforms us to the image of Christ. Holy Spirit makes us the substitutes for God. Where God’s Spirit is, there is freedom to do right things, which are acceptable to God. Dear readers try to understand that the Divine freedom is an absolute freedom that is one of the chief attributes of God and His Children.

  1. Self-determination.
  2. Acts according to his own choosing to accomplish his plans and purposes.
  3. Pleases the requirements of his nature.
  4. No one can put him under necessity.
  5. He is in all ways and at all times free to choose and act as he pleases.
  6. The only necessity he has upon him derives from nature.
  7. He does not at any time act contrary to nature.
  8. Nature is the source of his freedom.
  9. Maintains supremacy
  10. Unique being.
  11. Independent within himself.
  12. Free to act as he wishes.
  13. God’s power gives him absolute freedom.
  14. There is no compulsory by outside influence.
  15. If the influence exerted upon him comes only from God’s people, he acts.
  16. Grace, Justice, love and Mercy are his nature.
  17. He is confident.
  18. He cares for creation and works for good.
  19. He is interested in God’s work and takes an active, positive role in the affairs of God’s children to maintain Holiness of God.
  20. Now we do not need anything. When we reach this stage with the help of God’s Holy Spirit, we will ask nothing but we will be having only praises on our lips. All of our prayers will be answered. Answered prayers build up confidence. Every answered prayer is a Faith- Builder. In the Holy Spirit we will have peace, but in the world we will have tribulation. We need not worry of this world because Jesus has overcome the world for us. Now our mission is to save unsaved.

The message to the unsaved is-----------

Tell them  -- We are all sinners from the day Adam sinned. Sin is carried to us from the generations to generations for not keeping the principles of God’s Holy Covenants. So the Holy Spirit can reprove or convict them of sin. Conviction is a pre requisition of conversion from worldly things to spiritual things. Tell them  -- A person cannot be saved if they do not realize that they are sinners in need of saving. Tell them -- To repent and ask forgiveness from God, and to believe that the blood of Jesus was shed to deliver us from the bondage of sin, which is on us from generations. Whoever does not obey the principles of God’s Holy Covenant is subjected to this sin. Every individual in this world is a sinner in sight of God.     Tell them – To take Water Baptism, which is a vow or confession for a believer to maintain Spiritual purity and for the induction into the Christ’s army. Tell them-- To ask God for the Holy Spirit Baptism, which can make THEM pure and Holy in sight of God. Tell them -- If they received Holy Spirit, then they received real salvation. The presence of Holy Spirit is a dynamically living hope- which motivates one to HOLY and Righteous living. Tell them  -- Holy Spirit is a deposit in a person’s life, which guarantees Immortality. Explain why it was necessary for Christ to die on the cross. To shed the blood for the deliverance of our sin. To restore the Holy Spirit in us which was lost in human beings when Adam sinned, in the Garden of Eden with which the death of the soul entered into this world. Tell them -- Resurrection of Christ gave us hope for our bodies and souls to be resurrected one day. We would have hope of eternal life. We will return to heaven with immortal bodies. Mortal bodies cannot enter into heaven to dwell with God in heaven. Tell them --With this immortal body we can travel to heaven and from heaven to earth. We can ascend to heaven and descend to earth. Jesus was the first one to ascend to heaven and descend to earth. When we reach this stage we are the part of God’s heavenly family.

The law of the spirit of life sets us free from the law of sin and death.

Makes us to live according to the Spirit. Condemns sin in a sinful man in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us – we do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit. Who live according to the Spirit, have their minds set on what the Spirit desires but not the flesh desires. The mind controlled by the Spirit is LIFE AND PEACE, but the mind controlled by the flesh is death and restlessness. The mind controlled by the Spirit submits to God’s law, which pleases God. We will be totally controlled by the Spirit of God who lives in us. We show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned. If anyone does not have the Spirit of God in him, he does not belong to God. Our bodies are dead for sin and alive for righteousness. The Spirit of God gives life to our mortal bodies through His Spirit who lives in us so that we will receive immortality. Those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons and daughters of God. We do not receive a Spirit, which makes us slaves to sin and fear, but we receive the Spirit of son ship, which maintains Holiness. God say’s “Be Holy because I Am Holy”. We who live by the Spirit flee from evil desires of youth and peruse righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. We do not quarrel or argue or talk back. We cleanse ourselves to be an instrument or a vessel for noble purposes, made Holy, useful to God and are prepared to do any good work. We totally turn away from wickedness. Whoever live by the Spirit will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit and the Spirit contrary to the sinful nature, they are in conflict with each other.

The acts of sinful nature are---

Sexual immorality – impurity – debauchery – idolatry – witchcraft – hatred – discard – Jealousy – fits of rage – selfish ambition – dissensions – factions – envy – drunkenness – lying – orgies. People of such nature must be silenced because they are ruining whole household of God by teaching wrong doctrines. We keep our hearts always clean.

What comes out of a man is what makes him clean or unclean. For from within out of men’s heart’s, come evil thoughts – sexual immorality- theft – murder – adultery – greed – malice – deceit – lewdness – envy – slander – arrogance – and folly.

All these evils come from inside of a man and make him unclean. Rebuke such a person sharply, so that we will be sound in faith.

But the fruit of Spirit is ---

If we are upright, Holy and disciplined then we can encourage others by sound doctrine and rebuke those who oppose it. To the pure all things are pure.

The Spirit of God testifies with our Soul that we are God’s children. We are heirs of God and co-heirs of Jesus Christ. We share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His glory and Holiness. The creation eagerly waits in expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. We eagerly wait for the redemption of our earthly bodies. We know that if the earthly body we live is destroyed, we have a heavenly body from God an eternal body. Meanwhile we groan, longing to have our heavenly body, because when we are clothed with heavenly body, we will not be found naked when our souls leave these bodies. When this earthly body goes to dust the worldly people who lived for their selfish bodily desires will not receive heavenly bodies but their souls roam in the mid air as devils or naked souls. We who received God’s Spirit and sealed by Him are groan and burdened by this earthly body because, we know that most powerful and glorious body is ready for us when we leave this earthly body. Our Soul will not be kept naked but to be clothed with our heavenly body so that what is mortal may be taken away by immortal. Now it is God who has made us for this very purpose and has given us the Holy Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come, so we live by faith not by sight. We are confident that we leave this body one day and enter into the heavenly glorious body. So we make it our goal to please God, whether we are in this body or away from it. We will receive what is due to us for the things done while we are in these earthly bodies, whether good or bad. If you do good, you will receive good from God. If you do bad you receive bad from God. How can a bad person expect a glorious body from God? So we who received the Holy Spirit are careful about what we are doing on this earth. The Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. The Spirit Himself intercedes for us in accordance with God’s will. We who received the Spirit are taught directly from God not by any elected person or pastor about God’s secrets. Spirit of God gives us wisdom, the wisdom that is not of this world. We speak of God’s wisdom, the wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for OUR GLORY before the time began. No one of this world understood it. God reveals this wisdom to who led by the Spirit. This wisdom searches all things even the deepest things of God. No one knows the thoughts of God expect the God’s Spirit. We speak, not in words taught by this world but by the Spirit, expressing Spiritual truths and Spiritual words. The man who doesn’t have God’s Spirit cannot understand the things of God and doesn’t accept a person sealed with God’s Holy Spirit. The man who has God’s Spirit in him makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man’s judgment. The man who has God’s Spirit in him has the mind of Christ. No man in this world can judge a person whom God has elected and separated from this world. A man who is led by the Spirit of God is a gospel himself written on his heart, known and read by everybody. Written not with ink but the Spirit of living God, not on paper or stone but on heart. His walking and talking tells us what he has in his heart. He is an example and standard for others. God has made all Spirit filled, competent as ministers of a NEW COVENAT or TESTAMENT not of the letter but of the Spirit, for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. The ministry of the Spirit filled is more glorious than the writings on a paper and stone, which brings righteousness. This glory lasts forever because the Spirit of God writes the laws of God on heart. The Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom and we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory are being transformed into His likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. This freedom makes us independent within ourselves and free to act as we wish and maintain Holiness of God. We care for creation and work for good. The Spirit lives in us shined out of darkness to give us the light of knowledge of the glory of God. The surpassing power, which we receive to overcome all situations, is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed, perplexed, but not in despair – persecuted, but not abandoned – struck down, but not destroyed. We carry the death of Jesus in our bodies so that the life of Jesus is revealed in our bodies. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us, so that justified by His grace. Therefore we do not lose our hearts, though outwardly we are wasting away yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day, having the hope of eternal life. The eternal glory we are going to receive out weights all troubles in this world. We put no stumbling block in anyone’s path, so that our ministry will not be discredited. As sons and daughters of God we commend ourselves-----In everyway – in great endurance – in troubles – in hardships – in distresses – in beatings –in imprisonments – in riots – in hardships – in sleepless nights – in hunger – in purity – in understandings – in patience – in kindness – in the Holy Spirit – in sincere love – in truthful speech – in the power of God – with the weapons of righteousness and love in right hand and left hand – through glory and dishonor – bad report and good report – genuine yet regarded as imposters – known yet regarded as unknown – dying yet we live on – beaten yet not killed – sorrowful yet always rejoicing – poor yet making rich by giving the richness of the Holy Spirit – having nothing yet possessing everything – opening wide hearts to everyone – not withdrawing our affection from anyone, to be peaceable and considerate and to show true humility toward all men.

We do not be yoked with unbelievers.

What do righteousness and wickedness in common?

What harmony is there between a child of God and a child of a Satan?

What a believer has in common with an unbeliever?

What agreement is there between our bodies the temple of God with their bodies the temples of Satan?

They do not have life of God, the Spirit, in them but we have the life of God in us.

“I will live with you and walk among you, and I will be your God and you will be my people”, “Therefore come out from them and be separate,” says the Lord.

“Touch no unclean thing and I will receive you”, “I will be a Father to you and you will be sons and daughters,” says the Lord Almighty. Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and Spirit, perfecting Holiness out of reverence for God. In fact in order to please God we are living. It is God’s will that we should be sanctified that we should avoid sexual immorality, learn to control our own body in a way that is Holy and Honorable not in passionate lust like the worldly people who do not know God. Without weakening in our faith not wavering through unbelief regarding the promise of God, we should strengthen our faith and give glory to God with our bodies, souls and Spirit.  God has power to do what He had promised, if we maintain Holiness He gives us immortality. Jesus was delivered over to death for our sins and Jesus was raised to life for our justification. If believe that God has sent Jesus into this world for our sins we are justified as righteous through faith. Jesus was sent to this world to sanctify us with His Holy Spirit, so that we might receive immortal heavenly bodies. We rejoice in our sufferings because we know that suffering produces perseverance and perseverance produces character and character produces hope to receive immortality. Hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us. We rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation and became Holy. We are slaves to the one whom we obey. Submission leads to obedience, obedience leads to righteousness and righteousness leads to Holiness and the result is eternal life, the gift of God. If God is for us who can be against us? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? If God justifies and gives His Holy Spirit as a deposit to immortality, who is he that condemns? Who is he that separates us from the love of God? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? We say- “For your sake we face death all the long oh’ LORD, we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered”. God say’s – “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy on whom I have compassion”, “I will call you my people”, “I will call you my loved ones”, “In the very place where it was said you are not my children, there you will be called sons and daughters of Living God”.

Blessed are those whose faults are forgiven, whose faults are covered.

Blessed are those whose faults the Lord will never count against them.

Only selected persons who received Holy Spirit of God are given this grace.

They are given the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of God.

They will not be hurt at all by the second death.

They are given hidden Manna.

They are given white stone with a name written on it, known only to him who receives it

They are given authority over nations.

They are given morning star light.

They are given God’s righteousness.

Their names will never be blot out from the book of life. Jesus will acknowledge their names before Father and His angels.

God will make those who are Satan’s children and claim as God’s children to come and fall down at the feet of Holy Spirit received and acknowledge God had loved them.

God will keep them from the hour of trials and tribulation that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth.

God gives them a crown, which is not taken by anyone.

God will make them the pillars of the temple of God.

God’s name will be written on them and the name of the God’s city.

They will be given new names.

God gives them authority to open and shut the doors of heaven. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.

Heavens gates will be opened for them, that no one can shut.

God will give the right to sit with Him on His throne, just as Jesus overcome and sat down with Father on His throne.

The law of the spirit of Death gets people into the bondage of Sin.

They are Godless men. They do not believe in Spirit of God.

They change the grace of our Holy God into a license for immoral and perverted desires

They pollute their own bodies.

They reject the authority of Jesus Christ in their lives.

They are slanderers who spread the gossips.

They speak abusively against whatever they do not understand

They are like unreasoning animals

They feed only themselves

They are like clouds without rain

They are like trees without fruit.

They are like wild waves of the sea, foaming up their shame.

They are like wandering stars for which blackest darkness has been reserved forever.

They act ungodly way. They are unholy

They speak harsh words, addicted to alcohol.

They are grumblers and faultfinders and mockers.

They follow their own evil desires

They boast about themselves and flatter others for their own advantage.

They are scoffers who will follow their ungodly desires

They divide Godly people and God’s family.

They follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit of God’s promptings.

They are lovers of themselves and lovers of MONEY.

They are proud, abusive, and disobedient to their parents.

They are ungrateful, unholy, without love and without hospitality.

They are not the lovers of good, but treacherous, and rash.

They are conceited, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God.

They are having a form of Godliness but denying God’s power.

They are loaded with violent pursuits and dishonest gains.

They are like ever learning but never able to acknowledge the truth of God.

They are like men of deprived minds and are rejected by God.

They will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their foolishness will be clear to everyone. In fact both their minds and consciences are corrupted.

They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny God’s power.

They are unfit for doing anything good.

They cannot set an example by doing what is good.

WALKING IN THE HOLY SPIRIT- Holy Spirit plays a crucial role in sanctifying and maintaining us in fellowship with God. Our enjoyment of full salvation is dependent on our walking in the Spirit. Scripture says – Enoch walked with God. It means that he lived his daily life in unbroken fellowship with God. Example for the walking in the Spirit is seen in Acts 16: 6-10 – Paul, Silas, and Timothy were on a missionary tour and planned to visit the west coast of Asia Minor, but they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to speak the word in Asia. Next, they were trying to go into Bethania, and the Spirit of Jesus did not permit them, and passing by Mysia, they come down to Troas. There they met together, shared the ideas and sought the Spirit’s alternative direction. Before they had received negative guidance, but now they wanted positive directions and they received it. Paul was given a vision of man calling, “come over to Macedonia and help us”. After Paul had seen the vision immediately they sought to go to Macedonia concluding that God had called them to preach the gospel to Macedonians. The disciple’s team was sensitive to the voice of the Spirit. The Spirit filled person will recognize and obey the Spirit’s voice. When we set out together with our fellow believers, we are to let the Holy Spirit be the one who gives the orders. And we are to keep in step with each other. We are thus to walk in obedience to His leading and in dependence on His power. We are to recognize the Holy Spirit as the guide of our personal lives in all our decisions and actions. When we engage in action with others, it is the Holy Spirit who is to order and discipline our combined efforts. Walking in and by the Spirit involves implicit (no doubts) obedience to His promptings. When we make mistakes our joint effort break down, the indication is either that we have not sought or have not obeyed the Spirit’s leading. When, however, we walk in the Spirit, The Holy Spirit is no longer prevented free movement by our carnality and disobedience and is able to produce the fruit of the Spirit in us in increasing abundance. As we walk in the Spirit, we acquire new tastes and desires that fit us for fellowship with God. The Spirit filled continues to be filled with word of God. Walking in the Spirit does not mean that we will be immune from the pull of fleshy desires. When Spirit fills us, He does take control of our personality, but He does not dehumanize us. We are still in the field of battle, but we no longer fight alone. We have a powerful though unseen Spirit on whom to rely. It will also be a walk in obedience to the divine will. That is basic. The Lord will not admit to His intimate fellowship with those who walk in disobedience, for that grieves the Spirit and forfeits His aid. As we walk by the Spirit, following His promptings, the voice of fleshy desire will lose its power to worldly attractions. Sensitive obedience to the hold back and empowering voice of the Spirit brings victory. It is all a matter of who is in control of the life by the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

“Christ loved the Church and gave Himself up for her to make her Holy, cleansing her by the washing through the word and present her to Himself as a radiant Church, without stain or wrinkle or any blemish, but Holy and blameless” Ephesians 5:26. The Bride or Church is the imagery of the “People of God”. The prophets proclaimed that God was faithful to His unfaithful Bride or People of God and will restore her. The Bride belongs to Christ, who is the Bridegroom. This Bride as Church of the Christ prepares herself for marriage by performing righteous deeds and maintaining Holiness. The Bride imagery is used to indicate the great love, which God has for His people. No image could express better than this love, the ideal love between a bridegroom and bride. Jesus made a remarkable prophetic claim, “I will build my Church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it (Matt 16:18)”. The Lord Jesus, who was designated to be the Head of the Church, had commissioned the Holy Spirit to be the KEY to the beginning of the Church, the Body of Christ or People of Christ. Whoever has received the Holy Spirit is the part of the Church. Thus, the selection of people is exclusively on Holy Spirit. And the person who receives the Holy Spirit is the part of the TRINITY and thus, the whole Church becomes the third part of the Trinity. YAHWEH – JESUS – CHURCH THE HOLY SPIRIT. Church itself is the Holy Spirit of God. Therefore, the precise event that inaugurated the church on the earth is the adventure of the Holy Spirit, who has been continuing His work and adding people to the Church. All believers of the Church are under the care and safe keeping of the Holy Spirit. Just as the beginning of the church was significant, so the completion of the Church will be supernatural and spectacular. The completion of the Church is the mystery of the Holy Spirit. Rapture of Church is the spectacular movement, which may occur at any movement. Only People of God, who have been sealed with the Holy Spirit, will participate in this event.

We who have received the Holy Spirit are got married with the Holy Spirit of God. The union of the human and divine is the marriage, one person with two natures - fully human and fully Divine. This is the act of persons being brought from death to unending life at the close of the age. The communion with God, begun on earth will have no end (Ps16: 11, 49:15,73:24). Those united to Holy Spirit in faith become not only one with God in Spirit but also one with Him in Body. Holy Spirit redeems the whole person (Rom 8:23). The “marriage of the Lamb” is the final and complete union of Jesus Christ and true believers (Bride The Church). This intimacy experienced will never be broken. From the “marriage” onward the Bride and the Christ are inseparable. At the marriage of the lamb, the days of temptation and the struggle with sin are over, and the Bride is presented to Christ in total and complete purity. This shows something of God’s relationship with those who are His people. The marriage of the Lamb takes place immediately before the second coming of Christ to the earth. When the marriage takes place, the Bride is seen as resurrected and rewarded, a situation, which would mean that the Bride has been raptured and rewarded. The bride wears beautiful garments. These garments are a brilliant white, representing her glory and purity. Specifically, the garments are said to be her righteous deeds, the result of human effort as she worked for Christ in the contrary circumstances of a sin-cursed world. The garments, to be given to her, are said to be for her righteous acts and Holiness she maintained. Thus, she is rewarded, and God receives great glory through her. The marriage takes place in heaven, but feast takes place on the earth. The great wedding feast is the picture of the Millennial Kingdom of Christ and perhaps the eternal kingdom that follows. It is the picture of great joy that will spread the reign of the Lord Jesus over all the redeemed of all ages.
